Climbing with Jinx help

Arcane unrelated, but I've recently had a renaissance with jinx and working on my fundamentals more, but some games just feel impossible when building crit (usually not enough tank pen).

Any build advice would be great, but I'm worried kraken/bork on jinx would feel worse and that I'd just be better off committing to crit while I work on wave management and prio

(I've exclusively played Jhin, MF and kog prior to this, not that this would translate too well outside koggles stutter-steppin)
