Am I a job hopper?

Title says it all. I am later in my career (director level) and came to a new company a year and a half ago. It is obvious that it is not only a poor fit for my personality, but they are also ethically questionable. I work in finance and the head of finance has essentially made fraudulent financial statements to various financial institutions so as not to violate the terms of our loans.

My question is if I look for a new job, does my prior history raise red flags, especially since I am later in my career?

Job 1 - 4 years 3 months, promoted twice Job 2- 4 years 9 months, promoted twice Job 3- 3 years, was essentially a consulting gig that ended Job 4 ( current) - 1 year 5 months
