Will doc / pharmacy notice if I stop taking the pill?

Okay. Hear me out-

I’m 22 130lbs taking 60mg of accutane.

I was given 3 months of Slynd samples for my primary birth control method alongside condoms as 2 forms for accutane. I’m almost out- but I am having issues with insurance and my prescription is going to cost $300 and that’s obviously not ideal- my accutane is already $125 with GoodRx. I also hate birth control so much. It messes with my mental health, I’ve tried different pills as well as the nexplanon implant since I was a teenager, and the nexplanon removal is what caused me to have severe cystic acne from 19yo-present. If I just stop taking the bc, will anyone even notice? Because all I have been taking is the samples which isn’t even prescribed to me, they were handed to me, and my dermatologist just asks me if I take Slynd, and I say yes. Pharmacists give me the accutane prescription without seeing any form of the pill in my chart. They just have me take the ipledge test. Obviously, I understand the risks and I’m not even sexually active right now. But unless I can actually afford the pill I don’t even want to take it. Anyone ever stopped the pill while on accutane and ended up still getting prescribed ??
