Allergy to Scallops but no other seafood?

hey! a general (maybe) question. fish and shellfish are common in my diet and I have had a good assortment of fish and shellfish (clams, lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters (raw)). However, Ive had scallops three times now and had bad experiences each time. The first two times was when i was young and all i remember where stomach pains. So last week i tried scallops trying to see if maybe i just had bad food served in the past (former restaurants were on the east coast and in france so I have a feeling food was fresh and cooked and prepared correctly but you never know).

I had three, pretty big, scallops served with risotto and managed to eat two and I already felt my stomach feeling a little unwell. i decided to leave the third one alone.

on the drive back, i continued to have stomach pain but i also noticed my heart rate (basically resting - i was driving so seated) was ~100 bpm when my normal heart rate is ~60bpm. data is from apple watch and it was very hot, but my heart rate did not drop for at least 2-3 hours. My stomach pain was present but nothing came from it. I’ve never had diarrhea or vomiting from eating scallops.

Again, i eat so much seafood - is it possible to just be allergic to scallops and do these symptoms align?
