can anybody else recommend me an anime about a depressed serious male protagonist with a bubbly/genki girlfriend

the anime mc has to have a black hair and the girlfriend has a blonde hair, the story revolves around a serious male protagonist used to get bullied when he's young and having a painful experience, but later on in highschool he meets a bubbly/genki girl, and they later on they become lovers and continue their path, let me know if an anime series has a story and characters like that
