How much exercise is too much in recovery?

TW for people who may be triggered by mentioning of overexercising!!!!

Hi guys, I'm in my later stages of anorexia recovery and I've been doing really well for a year or so now. I haven't let myself do any form of exercise (other than the occasional walk/yoga) for a really long time now because I knew I would be obsessive about it. I'm just now starting to exercise again and wondering if what I do is normal?

First I'd like to mention that I am fully weight restored and am discharged from hospital

I start my day off with a really gentle 10 minute pilates routine because I hear it's not good for weight loss, but it is good for keeping your muscles strong and healthy. I then do a 20 minute, relatively gentle walk. But, there is a bit of uphill walking in it. A few hours after that, I do the same walk again or something very similar. I finish the day off with an in-bed yoga sequence that really I'm not worried about at all, it's mostly massaging your joints so I don't think that really counts.

But yeah, I was just wondering if someone who is hopefully unbiased could tell me if what I'm doing is too much? :)
