Anxiety

Sorry for grammarly mistake here, im not really good at english so please bear with me a bit.

Any advice for this, for the past few years i have a severe anxiety that makes my scared/afraid and i also suffered from depression, nervous. Sometimes the feeling that too much nervous makes me nearly puke, i also scared of approaching or asking people and i dont know how deal with this, im trying my best to apply some job here but my anxiety always takes over.
