Possible Sleep Apnea?

Is this a sign of possible sleep apnea? I [27M] got the Apple Watch Series 10 and was excited about the sleep apnea notification only to find out that Sleep Apnea notifications isn't available in my coutry yet (India)

Might have to visit a doctor to confirm but wanted to check with the community and others who have received a sleep apnea notification. I average around 6-7 hours of sleep / day
