Apple Watch Ultra 2 Chip

I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and have chipped the titanium around the screen. The screen itself is fine but the chips is really irritating.

I have Apple Care+ but someone from support told me that only covers functional damage so wouldn’t cover something purely cosmetic.

Any suggestions or should I learn to live with it?
