Hydrating Toners that DO NOT leave a glow / are matte?

I can't possibly be the only one that prefers their products to leave a matte finish, right? :,) I hate the glow some toners leave even if the following steps are matte or satin-y.

So please share your favourite toners that have a matte finish but are still deeply hydrating, your skin type and climate!
