I don’t know what this is.

I drive a 1984 Chevrolet C20 with a 350 engine. I don’t know what this part is. It sits on top of the thermostat housing and has what looks like vacuum lines going to the carburetor. I haven’t been able to find any parts like this on any parts websites so if anybody has any ideas to what it is, I’m willing to listen.
