Throbbing above left eye

I don’t think this has ever happened to me before. I have a history of getting a few migraines a year usually preceded by blurry vision. I’ve had them more frequently this year after my baby was born I assume due to hormonal shifts.

But…that is not what this feels like!! I have a little cold and allergies and for the past 36 hours or so I’ve been having on and off throbbing in my forehead but only above/around my left eye. It feels like every few minutes to every few hours someone is like punching me in the eye? And it’s extremely painful. Tylenol and allergy meds seem to take the edge off for about four hours at a time. I did have the blurry vision about 24 hours into the experience but it hasn’t transitioned to my regular migraine. What could this be?! Any insight would be helpful!
