LA Erap funding ran out. Did you receive payment?

Hi everyone! I was approved for the ERAP rental assistance program in March; only thing that was needed were documents from my landlord. My landlord made sure to submit everything, but my app status was still reading that documents were missing. After many calls, and a few visits to the Housing Office, the program has been closed. I spoke with one of the reps, and he said my landlord needed to submit a self attestation form which doesnt make sense because when I spoke with reps at the office, they said the only missing information was my landlords phone number. The rep on the phone also said the application cant be edited at all because the program is closed until more funding comes in. I have been paying my rent, but still owe a large chunk from 2022-early 2023. Luckily, my landlord has been working with me but we were both counting on this assistance especially since I had been approved. Im wondering if anyone else even received funding? The process for this seemed to be extra difficult, as if they didnt want people to actually get the relief. Im more interested in hearing from anyone who was approved but hasnt gotten any funding yet. Just very frustrated and wondering if anyone else is dealing with anything similar from ERAP. also: if you know of any programs in LA or CA in general that are providing rental assistance, please feel free to let me know.
