Men, what’s something that helped you build deeper intimacy in your relationship that no one talks about?

So much advice out there focuses on surface-level romance (flowers, date nights, etc.), but real intimacy is built through trust, presence, and emotional connection.

What’s something you’ve personally done to deepen emotional or physical intimacy in your relationship that others might not think about?

Also, if you’re interested in exploring more ways to connect, I recently helped put together a book on intimacy and bonding—it’s free on Kindle for Valentine’s weekend. Nurturing Desire.
