Looking for a crafting place that has beads to use, where you can make things using their beads on hand without having to buy an entire package of beads?

I know that crafting bars are starting to pop up, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any or any similar types of places where they have an assortment of beads to use, where you either pay by the hour or pay by number of things that you make? I wanted to make something for a friend, but I don't want to purchase an entire pack of beads because I don't have plans to make anything beyond that/with any beads that I don't use.
