Curious if anyone can guess who my last pesky bot is and what level they’re from

First time playing this game, haven’t done the final boss(?) yet but just restored the ship and was trying to get all the bots/puzzle pieces that I hadn’t gotten yet. Any guesses as to which bot this is and what level he’s from?
