Disappointed with console mods

I literally just want to use vicious mockery as an enchantment mage which I was waiting for when the new patch dropped. Decided to continue to be patient and happy when it was revealed that alot of mods would still be looked over and on hold before release.

We got all these niche mods and shit but the one thing basic ass thing I wanna download still isn't possible? Wtf
