Thoughts On Optimal Positioning

Hi there, wanted to pick everyone’s brain on something. I’ve been on this Reddit for a couple days now looking for builds and just trying to get better at the game overall. One thing I’ve noticed is that almost every single build I have seen (even in M and GM) has suboptimal positioning one way or another. It might be something small like maybe a Goobert not having a single optimal target or something much bigger like glove placement completely missing key items.

I don’t have any sort of opinion on this, just wanted to hear other people’s thoughts/tips/rules to follow to optimize positioning as much as possible.
