Property Prices Belfast

Does anybody know how much terraced houses are actually selling for in Belfast. If you know of any or even offers maybe we can record them here?

E.g. This one on jameson st had offers of £210k when I viewed. https://www.propertypal.com/21-jameson-street-ormeau-road-belfast/981952

And another 11 i think, on the same street had offers of £200k.
