To all my Americans, scalpers or whatever
Here are an explanation on the "midfakes" It's not very complicated, just let me explain : Midfakes refer to official spinning tops from the early Metal Fight seasons that Takara Tomy began producing again from 2013 and later. These tops sometimes (rarely) have minor defects on the tops that would be akin to mold ends. These defects are negligible and have no impact on the spinner's performance. The metal parts of these spinning tops have a slightly different metal alloy, because Takara Tomy respects the "ST standards" which are written by the Japan Toy Association (which regulates the materials used in toys in Japan) and these "ST standards" underwent modifications towards the end of 2009 following scientific tests around that time on the toxicity of materials. As a result, they had to lower the dosage of certain toxic materials in metal parts even further (so there are toxic materials in the first Takara Tomy, but only excessively few for it not to be dangerous, and after 2009, there are even fewer than the few there were before). In conclusion, it's the same spinning tops as before, official brands, the same colors, the same shapes, the same stickers (the design of the stickers is actually slightly different, but they stick just as well as before), the same performance, the same weights, but even less toxic than the little they were before.
So to all the ppl who talk about midfakes to sell original beys at high price just stop or go try scam the idiots who are ready to pay those prices
