Mouth Tape Reaction

I was using mouth tape for 6 ish months and LOVED it. Then, I randomly started having reaction to it. Around my mouth (and lips) would swell, then pus, then get extremely dry/peel.

I switched brands because I assumed the formula had changed. This happened AGAIN. It is a clean brand.

I’m confused how my body could have formed a reaction out of the blue..
