Desperate for help

Hi! So I have a syrinx/cyst in my spinal cord which is a very serious and rare condition. I’m wondering if there is anything I can try or do to get rid of it as it’s not supposed to be there.

I am doing a parasite cleanse soon for general health but also since I’ve heard that parasites can form cysts all around in the body.

There are some surgeries for this type of stuff but not to directly remove it. And thoose surgeries are very risky and usually don’t help for long term. And can make it come back worse in future
