Help Me Recreate My Mums Recipe

Hello all! My mum was known for her homemade bread. If there’s anything anyone remembers about her - it’s that bread! I tried writing down the recipe once as she made it but there was no rhyme or reason to what she was doing; no measurements- nothing. She’d throw the yeast in with grains, molasses, hot water, cold water- it was nuts lol. If I list the ingredients and have someone come even close I’d be thrilled. She passed in 2020 and I feel making that bread would be the best way to remember her. The recipe made two full sized loaves.
