Urgent help

I am getting a tranfer opportunity in thapar in electrical and communication however i have an keen intrest in coding(sachi wala intrest not for the pay) i am currently in nmims chandigarh, i am not satisfied with my college as it is depressing the people i roam with are idiots only few are good and no college life its just like a school subah 9 baje se 3 baje tak lagtar classes, we dont even change the lecture hall rather teacher come in our class, please tell me what to do?
