Not Trolling: Why doesn't God heal amputees?

It seems that God doesn't heal injuries such as amputees, burns, or major disfigurements, but seems to heal more internal less obvious ailments. These internal ailments that are healed can be dismissed by atheists saying that science has not explained how it happened yet. Why aren't there more obvious healings. Would more of these obvious healings reveal God too much and cause a forced belief?

P.S. I am aware of Caldana miracle, but that seems to be the only instance.
