Advice for accepting the Catholic doctorine while holding some opposing beliefs.

Hello everyone, I (27M) have recently been called back into my faith. I was raised Catholic but never truly practiced outside of going to church on Christmas and Easter. I personally feel a strong calling to learn and know about God and joined my local congregation, but I hold some beliefs that i know don't mesh well with some Catholics. I don't really care about issues pertaining to someone's sexuality, race, gender identity or anything that has to do with their personal life. I won't treat a trans person any different than anyone else, but I notice alot of my congregation hold some very hostile beliefs to these groups. I may not appear as the "typical liberal" since I am young and married with a child but I honestly think all humans deserve equal rights. I don't want to go to a "progressive leaning Church" or give up on catholicism entirely because I personally feel it is as close to the teachings and rules of God and Jesus as we as mortals can get. Has anyone dealt with this dilemma? Any advice?
