Airplane crash on Shallowford rd??

Took this while I was stopped at the light and cops were just pulling up. I thought it was a car crash until I got up by it and then I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Does anybody have any information? I hope everyone involved is OK, but I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.
