HELP

Guys I’ve had cold sores before but my ocd has really caught onto this one, before I got my hand sanitizer which I’ve been using a lot now but I’m worried that before I’ve transferred it elsewhere on me, if it’s not my first ever cold sore how likely is that to happen?
