Red from Pokémon

Hi, I'm planning on cosplaying as Red from Pokémon as a beginner. I already know what I need to get and already have a stuffed Pikachu. But I don't know where to get the hat, jacket, pants, or Pokéball belt he wears from. I think I have white shoes shoes somewhere in my closet. Could you guys give me a few places where I can get that stuff from? Thanks.
