I finally did a boss solo!

I have played lightly since the very early Hold The Line days. I have never been super good. Whenever I joined groups I would invariably play like a solo pve rogue and insta die and get called hate crime words.

I spent hours last night questing, upping my squire loot and watching Dimo videos. I started off farming Wolves in caverns. I graduated to learning the treasure pile farm with kite/trap method as well as just killing them.

Emboldened with all squire loot unlocked and my minmaxed spellbook/lightfoot warlock, I finally got my first Cyclops kill. Between joining games halfway over, pop, and skill gap I couldn't repeat the kill. This morning I woke up, and got three more kills by noon.

I still struggle to pvp with my lock during boss and farm attempts. I never know when to bonk/cast/engage/reset, but I'm learning with the help of this sub and the shortlist of streamers making current patch content.

Now I'm working on on inferno runs but I am constantly unable to find blue portals out. Like 50 runs and I have made it out once. I struggle knowing when to outright clear rooms or when to pull and door trap mobs. There is also definitely a chance I'm missing something basic. I'm having fun rotating my rogue/Barbarian/warlock through all these tasks to find what feels best.

Tyvm for listening.
