Where is the trailer hand cannon, Bungie?

This awesome hand cannon is nowhere to be found in game. I'm holding onto hope that its a raid weapon, but if Bungie actually marketed this expansion and this weapon and never put it into the game, isn't that just blatant false advertising?

Edit: OKAY so upon further inspection this isn't the only weapon seen wielded by a guardian in the trailer that is MIA. There's a grenade launcher and an auto rifle of similar design that have vanished. Light.gg has no mention of any of these weapons. After checking out data mined information on the raid, it also seems highly unlikely these weapons will be present in it. If this is the case, it is extremely disappointing that Bungie knowingly marketed these weapons in a trailer and then never added them into the game.
