Dog ate Oreo, will she be okay?

My 53 lbs female Labrador retriever mix just ate a single Oreo. Will she be okay? Do I need to watch her? How many Oreos would be a cause for concern?

I know people say labs eat everything and they'll be fine but I always worry so much.
