Wiki Roulette - Pretty Cure dolls
In honor of new PreCure dolls coming out this year, I thought this would be a good post. Pretty Cure or PreCure is a hugely popular and successful Japanese magical girl anime series that started in 2004 and is still on going. It already has over a 1000 episodes which would put them in the top 20 longest running anime series to date. Each season features a different team of magical girl heroes which is reflected in the dolls. Theres already several databases dedicated to these dolls with the oldest being made by an Italian collector and the Fandom pages, you can see a full list below. Each database had a little something different so I just put all their research together and added a couple new box photos to have a single post to have all the info.
MyFigureCollection and Dollect nicely organized the dolls by seasons and the photos will follow that order. The year indicates when the doll was released. Most dolls were made by Bandai Japan but there were other companies as well we talked about before on the sub but the dolls are reintroduced here to make it more organized.

The Italian database below is very comprehensive and highlights some lesser known dolls, if that collector didnt document them we wouldnt know about it. They also have a history of PreCure in Italy section which is interesting. It states the first seasons were almost dropped but due to petitions by fans it was continued. GIG the Italian company was the only none Asian based company to make dolls for PreCure as the show is heavily loved in Italy.

The blog post below is from a collector who found the Nice Toys PreCure doll. Im very curious if the other characters were made as well. They note that even this one doll was hard to find so maybe its the only character released. Nice Toys had done several other anime dolls you can see in the wiki.
