The neighbours are mad

I'm not sure if I'm overreacting or if I'm right to be raging.

We live in a gaff on the North Side. The area is a bit scaldy but I don't mind too much as long as I get peace and quiet at home. And that's the problem. The neighbours are doing my head in.

A few weeks ago a pair of rabbits appeared in our yard. Turns out the neighbours two doors down let them loose and they decided to move into our garden. The house next door is abandoned. We didn't mind and gave the rabbits some carrots. I did mind the husband and son knocking and shouting over the fence at all hours telling us to grab the rabbits and give them back. I thought, fine. So I grabbed a box and some carrots and got the rabbits to trust me. They went into the box and I brought them home. The wife doesn't speak English and she took the rabbits and shut the door in my face. I thought maybe the husband would come over and say thank you, but maybe I expected too much. They've been in Ireland for a while (I'm not sure where the family is from) but I know some Dubs are not the most welcoming, so I let it go.

Two hours later the rabbits were back. I thought how, HOW did you let them out without a hutch or a run or anything to stop them from coming right back? So I let them stay in the garden. My partner and my housemate love them, and my cat likes to watch them. But it was only the start.

Disposable vapes have been appearing in our garden. I threw one back over the fence on a hunch, and the same one came back with a new one the next day. Bingo. The neighbours two doors down. Probably one of their teens.

A car across the street is blaring music at midnight when I'm trying to sleep. It's the neighbours from two doors down.

And finally, yesterday one of their cousins was in our back garden with a dog looking for the rabbits. I had just planted trees and he had trampled the saplings. He was a young boy so I asked him to leave, but the dog came back five times. I asked them over the fence to keep their dog in their garden, but it wasn't until the fifth time when I was absolutely fed up and shouted at them to keep their dog in their garden they actually listened.

I've tried to be understanding but I feel like they've no consideration for us. I'm going to speak to the husband and see if we can talk it out. If that doesn't sort it, I'm not sure what we could do to get them to keep their business in their own garden.

Has anyone been in a similar situation before? Have any advice? We're all ears.

TLDR The neighbours are loud, have let 3 animals and a child into our garden, are throwing vapes into our garden, and are blaring music. We're fed up and want to resolve this ASAP.

EDIT: Thanks for all the advice, especially those of you expressing concern for the rabbits. We've contacted the DSPCA and we're on the look out for the next time they come over for a snack. Don't worry, we won't give them carrots. We've plenty of wild garlic and cabbage for them. After that, we'll see about getting the fence fixed.
