Any education research-related petitioners here with pending applications? There doesn’t seem to be much information about the Trump administration’s stance on education beyond reducing the federal role and promoting parental school choice. I know teaching-related endeavors typically don’t do well, so I focused my application solely on research about tutoring programs. Under the Biden-Harris administration, it was clear their priority was improving student achievement through such programs. Trump, on the other hand, seems more focused on deporting immigrants and creating a false sense of superiority tied to the U.S. passport, which baffles me and honestly makes me question whether I want to go to the U.S. at all.
