Where should I be on the Winter 2025 Progress bar?

Mostly, the title.

I want to know where I should be right now in the Winter 2025 contract progress bar. I feel like I am behind. I have completed 3 contracts and have 117,928 CS. I really hate this new system as it is so difficult to judge where I really am. Is there a target number of points per contract that I need to be aiming for, and how do I ensure that I am maximizing that number? I feel like I have little to no control over my contract scores.

Just looking for advice.

If there are 52 weeks in a year and one new contract per week. Four season per year, then that means there should be 13 contracts per season. If that is correct then I need to be averaging 48,500ish CS points per contract to reach the final goal. But how the hell am I supposed to motivate the other members of he coop to preform better? Should I be sending them 20 coins one at a time to remind them to use their damn reflectors?
