Hobby Lobby Buyer purchasing my product - nervous to ship

Hi, I've been on Etsy for over a year, only had about 150 sales so far. A sale has made me nervous to ship and I am coming here for help. I had a sale and when i went to ship it noticed the name was Hobby Lobby/insert buyers name here and address. I thought that was weird and copied the address to do a search on the internet and it came as Hobby Lobby Importing Commercial Samples, see link below

The link spells out instructions for sending samples to buyers at Hobby Lobby. A sample isn't what they asked for so i am afraid they are just gonna rip off my product and sell it at hobby lobby for way less than i can. It a paper party product that is kinda new(ish), they don't currently sell it. It is a paper product that you can clearly see online what the design is, unlike something handmade you would need to see in person in order to copy it, does that make sense?

I guess what i am saying is, if i don't ship it, they can easily still steal my product and call it their own with a different design but i'm not sure i want to make it easier for them.

this is a new one for me, not sure how to handle?
