Paruu Wearable Pump

So long story short, I just bought the Paruu wearable pump but I was wondering if any one has it already & what are the pros & cons before I open it. I didn’t want to buy a momcozy or elvie since I need a flange size of 30 & they don’t have it. I did get the correct insert though.
