Height exercises stoppet working
I (m19) have done height exercises ever since i was 15. I have done 10 sets of 60 second deadhangs 15 sets of arm pulls and 20 sets of leg extetions per week. They have made me grow from 152cm to 176cm. But in the las year i have only grown 1 cm. I have considered starting to play basketball because all the good players i know are really tall. I also think i should start hanging by a rope to extend my neck. Could it be that my diet could be restricting my growth? Do I need to add volume Any thoughts on what I shuold do.
