What's the secret?

This game goes HORRIBLY on my PC, only playable while in Performance Mode with everything low and even then, my FPS aren't even 165Hz stable (7600x/6900XT). I've tried so many things at this point I just can't be bothered to do more research.

I see people on tiktok doing optimization stuff, reaching hundreds on specs worse than mine, so here I am wondering, what the hell do they do that I can't find out?

I don't even care about reaching a 3rd of what I've seen, I just want to play with stable FPS
