This is Coraxius, a raven harpy. He's known as "The Messager" because well, he's a messager.
He's inspired by "The Raven," a poem from Edgar Allan Poe. His job as a messager is darker than it seems, as Coraxius only brings bad news. (༎ຶ‿༎ຶ)
