Is Linus baiting Steve with a lawsuit?

Linus made a vague legal threat to Steve (like he has before with a former employee of his) and appears to be eager to get the courts involved if Steve doesn't change his editorial direction. A private citizen threatening a journalist with legal case seems ridiculous and puts this in a civil case for defamation.

This is like the Drake v Kendrick beef all over again. Both people ( Drake/Linus) don't have a legitimate case again their opponent (Kendrick/Steve).

I hope Steve has a more calculated approach here, because Linus has lost his mind.
