7 months post op

I had my bypass surgery on June 4th so I’m sitting around my 7th month mark. Losing has slowed down but I’m okay with that. I am around 8lbs from my goal weight.

Left was May of 2024, Right was this weekend.

HW: 230 SW: 210 CW: 153 GW: 145, maybe.

I wore a 2xl and I’m in a medium now. Size 16-18 pants and now I’m in an 8. I haven’t been this size or weight since before my first pregnancy in 2018.

I feel great and one thing I want to share is that comparison is a thief of joy. You may lose more than me, you may lose less than me. Some people have lost more weight faster than I have and that’s okay. This is YOUR journey, no one else’s.
