IVIG for gastroparesis

I just underwent IVIG for an autoimmune disorder multiplemyostitis . Rumor has it that IVIG can be helpful for gastroparesis as well. I am not convinced they are not connected even though I am being treated by 2 different doctors. Anyone have any information about what to expect? Also I just had Botox to the stomach last week.

So far very bad migraines & food intake low. 🤔
