NVIDIA App Stuck on loading screen

Hey all. I've been having issues with my geforce experience installation with video recording and instant replay features just straight up not working anymore and the Alt+Z menu not showing up despite having the app running. It would say "unable to reach nvidia servers" it's been an ongoing issue for months now but I'm just now getting around to doing something about it. I went online to get the latest download of Geforce Experience and hopefully reinstall however it didn't work, then the app updated to this Nvidia app.

It is stuck on this infinite loading loop that cannot be bypassed.

While I realize this sub isn't titled "NVIDIA App," I was wondering if anyone had issues with this because even with a new app it still won't let me log in, it's just stuck on this loading screen. I have restarted my system, ran as administrator and still am stuck at this menu. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
