Giving GOW18 another go

First time I tried playing a couple years ago the game wasn’t really clicking with me, but I know how much everyone loves these two new games.

I am in the mountain, exploring the dark caves. Is there a point that if it still isn’t clicking with me that I should just call it, like a “if you didn’t like XYZ then you wont like anything in here”
