Sad Dude Transformation

1(24m) had been lifting consistently for about 4 years and I was really enjoying it. I loved so much that I did an online course for personal training. I took the PT exam 3 times and failed all attempts. Took the last attempt summer of 2023 and after failing, realized that I don't think that I'm smart enough to pass. I slowly stopped working out. I got really sad (D word) and it was really rough. It's been over a year now since l've been in a gym. I'm skinnier than the last pic now. I want to go back and bodybuild but I do electrical work now and being 220lb would not help. I want to do weighted calisthenics but I can't get myself to go back to the gym. What helped you get back in the gym?
