Newbie w/ questions!!
Hi all! I just signed up for hotworx today and I’m so excited to get started! I’ve asked a ton of questions already to the staff, but I have more questions that I feel silly asking them lol.
So far I’ve just tried hot blast which I’ve really enjoyed so far. But I feel like I need to do more than just a 15 min workout to make it worth my time/money. If you do both a HIIT and a ISO session, is it best to do HIIT first or last? Second, do you do them back to back or take a 15 min break in between? I’m definitely a beginner so I’m thinking I’d need a break in between but not sure if that’s the norm.
I bought my yoga mat and towel today too. Is the purpose of the towel to cover the yoga mat so it doesn’t overheat? Or just to help wipe off sweat during the workout 😂 I guess l’m confused why their towel is required to have (I understand why the mat is required).
