need advice

i’m sorry if posting this violates any rules but i don’t know where else to ask. i (18F) am pretty sure i got herpes when i was in 7th grade from sharing a drink with someone who had an active outbreak. i’ve kissed a few people and have had a few (3-4) sexual partners and i’m pretty sure some of them had been exposed to herpes or had it themselves as well. i’ve also shared a lot of drinks etc, so i’m sure i have had exposure if i somehow don’t have it myself. a bit tmi but for context: i’ve had sex with people who have had cold sores on their mouths from what i know and they have performed oral on me which is part of where the concern comes from on my part. i’ve also performed oral sex on others. i haven’t had an active outbreak in awhile as far as i’m aware but am worried about what kind of hsv i have/if i have both and where. i got an igg blood test done and it came back negative/non reactive but i know those aren’t very reliable. i’m considering getting the western blot done to know for sure but i don’t know. any advice on what should i tell partners or people who want to share stuff with me? how should i continue on with my life? i’ve told people i have hsv but i’m not sure what else to say because of the unsureness and lack of total confirmation.
