I hate to b*tch but ..

I’m on 90 units and losing about one pound per week and that’s if I’m really on my p’s and q’s. I drink maybe 2-4 drinks per week which is much lower than previously and don’t miss it. I exercise 2-4x/week, usually 5-10 mins jump rope and then 30-40 mins weight training 2-3x and Pilates 1x. I get zone 2 or higher on weight training for majority of workout and live in NYC so regularly average 8-12K steps.

What am I doing wrong? Is this normal?

Should I just be happing I’m losing ? I have a ways to go and it feels like it should be happening faster !!!!!
